CTF Levy Portal

On 26 October 2023, the Construction Training Fund unveiled the all-new Levy Portal and said farewell to the old version.

The new Levy Portal has a sleek, modern design, geared towards delivering an enhanced and user-friendly experience. To pay a levy please select the Pay a Levy/Make a Claim button at the top of the page.

    What is the new CTF Levy Portal? +

    The Construction Training Fund (CTF) Levy Portal is an online service that allows project owners to pay the Building and Construction Industry Training levy.

    The new levy portal will replace the old version as of Thursday, 26 October 2023.

    Who can access the CTF Levy Portal? +

    Anyone who needs to pay the Building and Construction Industry Training levy can sign up for the portal. This includes owner-builders, builders, contractors, and any person or company undertaking or requiring building or construction work.

    I already have a login to the old CTF Portal, why do I need to sign up for the new Levy Portal? +

    We are implementing a new sign-in process that uses two-factor authentication. The new sign-in process is more secure by ensuring that your account cannot be easily accessed through leaked passwords.

    All existing and new users will need to sign up for the new Levy Portal.

    How long does it take to sign up for the new Levy Portal? +

    If you are an owner-builder or are using an individual account, it will take approximately 10 minutes to sign up.

    If you will be making levy submissions on behalf of a company, your account may need to be verified with the primary contact in your company. The sign-up process will take 1-2 working days due to the verification process.

    You will need access to the email address used for the sign-up process.

    What payment methods will be available in the new Levy Portal? +

    The following payment methods will be available: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and credit card.

    How long will it take to get my levy receipt after paying the levy? +

    If you’re paying by credit card, you will get a credit card transaction receipt and the levy payment request / invoice within 10 minutes. These documents can be used for a building permit application. These documents will be emailed to you. You will also receive the levy receipt in your email within 3 working days.

    If you are paying by EFT, the levy receipt will be sent to your email within 3 working days.

    Can I access my previous levy submissions through the new CTF Levy Portal? +

    Yes! Levy submissions made through the old Levy Portal will be accessible. You can view all your previous levy submissions.

    You can update the actual construction values for levy submissions if they are created after Oct 2021. If you need to update the final construction values for levy submissions created more than 2 years ago, please contact the CTF Levy Team.

    Will I be able to download documents such as the levy payment request / invoice and levy receipt from the Levy Portal? +

    Yes! You can download the document related to your levy submissions made through the new levy portal.

    You can download the documents for historical levy submissions if the documents were created after Oct 2022. If you need to access historical levy related documents, please contact the CTF Levy Team.

    Can I make multiple levy submissions at once? +

    Yes! You can use the bulk upload function to upload your levy submissions. The bulk upload function will group all the projects together into a single levy payment.

    Can I pay for multiple levy submissions at once? +

    If you use the bulk upload function to upload your levy submissions, the levy will be grouped into a single payment.
